During your first visit, assuming you are not having a current problem, we would like to perform a complete oral examination. This would include:
- Private Interview with the Doctor
- Medical review
- Document previous treatment
- Soft tissue examination
- Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) examination
- Oral Cancer examination
- Periodontal examination
- Visual Decay/Fracture evaluation
- Necessary Radiographs (X-rays)
- Assessment of needs
We may take study models and photographs at this time. Your present dental health dictates the next step in your treatment.
It is very important that we have a record of all medications you are taking with the frequency and dosage.
Please bring your insurance card for us to copy, and Photo ID.
To save time during your first visit with us, you can print and fill out our Patient Forms online and bring them with you to your appointment.
