Hygiene Coordinator – Amy
Amy’s journey in the dental field began in 2009. She is currently working toward her Associate’s Degree at Germanna Community College. Her ultimate goal is to become a Registered Dental Hygienist. Amy is excited about the career she has chosen and hopes to be a part of the Stafford Dental Care Team for a very long time. Amy is diligent to assist all patients, new and established, with the best dental care. In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Hygienist – Crystal
Crystal began her career in dentistry almost 15 years ago. Prior to becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist, she excelled in many capacities of the dental field such as, Front desk, Office Manager, and Chair Side Clinical Assistant. She received her Associates of Applied Science Degree with a major in Dental Hygiene from Northern Virginia Community College. She is an active member of the Fredericksburg Dental Hygienists’ Association, the Virginia Dental Hygienists’ Association and the American Dental Hygiene Association in which she held several leadership positions at both local and state level associations. Crystal joined our team in February of 2007. While not practicing dentistry, she also is a Mary Kay consultant and is trying her hand as a Real Estate Agent. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Eddie.
Hygienist – Ruqayyah
Ruqayyah, also known as “Rocky”, has been in the dental profession for over 10 years. She began her career as a Chair Side Clinical Assistant in Richmond, VA. She received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University in May of 2008. Shortly after becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist, she joined Stafford Dental Care where she provides excellent patient care with a compassionate bed-side manner. In Rocky’s down time, she enjoys working out and spending time with her husband.
Hygienist – Erin
While Erin began her dental career over 20 years ago, she received her degree in Dental Hygiene from Germanna Community College in 2004. Erin is part of the team that helped open Stafford Dental Care in August 2006. She prides herself in providing great patient care efficiently and with great enthusiasm. Erin very much so, enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Treatment Coordinator – Polly
More than 30 years ago, Polly embarked on a dental career. She received her Certified Dental Assisting Degree in 1982 in Maryland. She later moved to Virginia in 1988, where she became Dr. Marshall’s first employee at his Spotsylvania office. She also has taken on the responsibilities of Treatment Coordinator, where she presents our patients with their customized, recommended treatment plan. Polly does a superb job in assisting each patient with treatment options that best fit their budget and schedule. Polly spends a great deal of time educating her patients clinically. Her objective is to help the patient make an informed decision about their treatment options. While away from Stafford Dental Care, Polly enjoys spending time with her family.
Chair Side Assistant – Debbie
Debbie has 15 years of hands on dental experience as a Chair Side Assistant. She is also very involved in the Dental Assisting Training School in Fredericksburg, where she teaches part-time. Debbie also spends time educating her patient in regard to their treatment options, while satisfying her love for interacting people. During Debbie’s off time, she enjoys playing with and caring for her three grandchildren.
Account's Manager – Linda
Linda is one of our newer members of the Stafford Dental Care Team. She has adjusted well and extends warmth and compassion to her patients. She began her dental career in the Business Office of a dental practice just south of Richmond and later relocated to the Fredericksburg area with her husband and children. In October 2010, Linda accepted her position as Account's Manager. Linda is willing to assist patient's with their financial options.
